Older motel. Price was reasonable. Had a great conversation with the owner. Only gripe was there was only one outlet in my room.

This is an old school family motel. Owned and operated by a local family in Newkirk, OK. Nice and friendly people. Clean and everything works. I stay here when I go hunting at Kaw Wildlife Management Area.
Even though I arrived late at night, Ace had no problem getting me a room. Clean room if a bit old and showing signs of extensive use. Towels could be replaced, a bit rough. There's a mini fridge and a microwave in the room I stayed in along with the standard TV and phone. There's a market just down the street and a small fresh produce stand on the way.
